Terms of Service

Official conditions and operational parameters governing the use of Nehil Travel Service.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the recruitment, visa processing, and logistical services provided by Nehil Travel Service (Govt. of India Registration No: B-0425/MUM/PART/1000+/5/8972/2013), either through this portal or in person at our offices, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any operational parameter, you are advised to not utilize our services.

02. Provision of Service

Nehil Travel Service acts strictly as a facilitating agency between specialized Indian professionals and international corporate entities, primarily within Saudi Arabia. We process Wakalas, visas, and recruitment logistics based entirely on documentation provided by the contracting employer and the sovereign consulate constraints of destination countries.

03. Documentation Integrity

All candidates and corporate entities must provide 100% authentic, verified documentation. Any submission of forged passports, fake educational degrees, altered medical GAMCA reports, or misrepresented work experience will result in immediate termination of the application and potential reporting to the Ministry of External Affairs and relevant embassies.

04. Processing Timelines & Consulate Authority

While our internal processing speed is renowned for its extreme efficiency, Nehil Travel Service cannot guarantee absolute timeframes. Visas, Wakala endorsements, and emigration clearances are strictly subject to the sovereign authority and administrative timelines of the Saudi Arabian Consulate and the Protector of Emigrants (POE). Delays caused by external governmental authorities are not the liability of Nehil Travel Service.

05. Payment & Financial Policies

All processing fees, administrative charges, and logistical costs are communicated transparently upfront. Nehil Travel Service strictly adheres to the financial regulations outlined by the Ministry of External Affairs regarding recruitment charges. External costs, such as Embassy visa fees, mandatory GAMCA medicals, or third-party background checks, are subject to change by the respective authorities without our direct control.

06. Employment Guarantees

Employment contracts are mutually entered into between the deployed candidate and the overseas corporation. Nehil Travel Service acts as the specialized recruiter and facilitator but is not the final employer. Disputes regarding salary, termination, or corporate site conditions must be resolved according to the labor laws of the destination country, though we maintain a grievance portal to assist deployed professionals wherever legally possible.
